Right now, being a kid is not easy. Children and teens today are facing pressure from every direction. School stress. Problems at home. Bullying. Social Media. Anxiety. For many, it can feel like too much to carry alone.

Your kindness helps make sure they do not have to.

Because of you, a child can find safety, support, and someone to turn to when it matters most. A young person can speak with a counselor. A family can find help before a crisis grows.

When you give to Kids In Crisis, you help provide shelter, counseling, and 24/7 support for children and families across Southwestern Connecticut.

This spring, help a child receive the care and support they need to keep going.

$2,000 – Two months of groceries and toiletries for kids staying in our emergency children's shelter.

$1,500 – Brings SafeTalk to an entire school, reaching hundreds of students with skills to recognize danger and speak up.

$1,000 – Supports 1 month of Lighthouse programming and field trips for LGBTQ youth seeking safety, belonging, and community.

$500 – Provides medicine and supplies for children’s comprehensive medical exams and treatment in the TLC health clinic.

$250 – Funds supplies for TeenTalk counselors in 17 schools and Boys & Girls Clubs.

$100 – Provides baby formula and diapers for an infant in crisis.

$50 – Sponsors a trip out of the shelter to a bowling alley, pottery studio, or museum.

$30 – Supplies an elementary school student with a back-to-school backpack and classroom supplies.
